Working principle of reverse osmosis system:
Use a special high-pressure water pump to add 6-20 kg pressure to the raw water, so that the raw water can penetrate the reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of only 0.0001 micron under the action of pressure. Chemical ions, bacteria, fungi, and viruses cannot pass through and are discharged with wastewater. Only water molecules with a volume of less than 0.0001 micron are allowed to pass through, thereby achieving the purpose of water desalination and purification.
Generally, the conductivity of the first-level reverse osmosis effluent is ≤10μS/CM, and the system desalination rate is ≥99%
Equipment features:
1. The raw water solenoid valve automatically controls the water inlet.
2. The pretreatment can be automatically flushed, and the RO membrane has automatic and manual flushing functions.
3. The high-pressure pump is equipped with high and low pressure protection, and the water tank liquid level control is linked with the water pump.
4. It can be equipped with real-time online monitoring of water quality and sound and light alarms, without the need for special personnel on duty.
Scope of application:
1. Water for ordinary electroplating industry (galvanizing, copper plating, nickel plating, etc.), coating industry, aluminum oxidation
2. Water for electronic power industry, boiler water replenishment.
3. Water for chemical raw material batching, cleaning water, and cleaning machine matching water.
4. Deionized water for textile printing and dyeing.
5. Purified water, direct drinking water, beverage water, etc.
